Supreme Airfighter is a nice looking top-down view shooter mobile game just like 1942. Beside the theme and graphics, it is another shooting game with the same gameplay elements. There’s no backstory or whatever as I know, once you are in the game menu, click play and select your favorite fighter and you are ready for some blast. The shooting is done automatically so you done have to keep pressing fire button which is good. Here’s something different from the usual top-down shooters, when you encounter enemy flight, the screen slow down for you to concentrate on destroying enemies and evade incoming fires. Does it add any gameplay value to the game? well I think no, but at least there’s some different. When you are not encounting any enemies, don’t rest yet! Keep an eye on the screen for special item to come by, grab it to upgrade or change your current weapon. Supreme Airfighter is a fun and easy to pick up and play types of game.

Mobile gamers will be interested to know that Crash is returning with another 2D side-scroller, Mutant Island. The game is being developed by Glu Mobile and it doesn’t look that different from the mobile version of Crash of the Titans. Mutant Island appears to be the latest in the line of mobile 2D Crash sidescrollers. Crash will retain his ability to control large mutants and harness their powers to progress. Platforming will be present and Crash will venture through different worlds, some of which can be seen in the screenshots above (a castle, a dungeon and a big ol’ tree, respectively). And the rest is speculation.
